Three reasons your employees love coming to work every day.

The people: we have a great team with similar passions and dedication to our profession, which enables us to strive for the same goals. Flexibility: whether it’s attending our kid’s school events or going to a doctor’s appointment, our cloud-based software allows us to be able to perform our work functions from anywhere. Culture: we are encouraged to have a work/life balance. We’re fortunate to have a great dynamic with our team, which creates a fun and collaborative culture.

What perks do you offer to employees, beyond a standard benefits package?

Unlimited PTO, a pet-friendly workplace, desks with motorized standing stations and comfortable work areas away from the desks to help reenergize, a holiday office closure between Christmas and New Year’s Day.

How do you recognize employees for doing outstanding work?

Praise, recognition and giving our team the opportunity to attend workshops and seminars to further their professional career.

How do you plan to raise your Best Workplaces score next year?

I feel we have great benefits thus far. However, we wouldn’t be considered a Best Workplace without our team. Therefore, I would ask them what they would like to see improved and other benefits they would like to have offered.
